Please feel you can download or read the following:
Health & Safety Statement
Confidentiality Policy
Statement of Purpose
Patient Complaints Policy
We always appreciate feedback and carry out regular patient satisfaction (the most recent of which was Sept 2018 – results can be found here) questionnaires which allow us to review and evaluate all the services we offer. We also have a comments book available in the patient lounge where you can address any aspects of the service as we value your feedback.
What does the CQC (Care Quality Commission) mean to our patients?
Being compliant with the CQC guidelines gives assurance to our patients. Whilst providing the highest standard of care to our patients is vital, so too is demonstrating compliance with the regulated outcomes. Registration gives an authoritative, accessible and independent source of information. CQC will give the public access to information detailing where their provider meets or doesn’t meet the essential standards, allowing patients to make informed choices when making decisions on dental services offered. We are delighted that we are registered and have been certified as being compliant.
We welcome patient feedback, please feel free to email us your comments. Click on the logo to the right to view our CQC report.
