I cannot speak too highly of the care I received at Absolute Dental during my recent dental implant treatment. At every appointment, the procedure to be carried out was explained fully and sympathetically. Deiniol carried out his work with the utmost gentleness, skill and attention to detail, superbly backed up by his nurse Mel, who was always ready with a word of comfort and encouragement. Together they make a great team! Needless to say, I am delighted with my new implants.

I went to Absolute Dental more than 10 years ago as a very nervous patient and Ruth transformed my experience of dentistry with her kind and caring approach. I even look forward to seeing her now………but recently a wisdom tooth needed extracting and all the old fears resurfaced. However the procedure was completely painless and Ruth was reassuring and gentle, so that’s another hurdle negotiated, and I’m very grateful to the practice for their professionalism and kindness and recommend Absolute Dental to all my friends.

I’m a very nervous patient and needed a filling in a crown replaced, which I was dreading. Adam and the dental nurses supporting him couldn’t have been more kind and understanding of my nerves. I recently moved to the area and chose Absolute Dental because it was so easy to make an appointment, and the consultation cost was very reasonable compared with other practices locally. I have recently had an implant, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and clearly explained at every stage, which really put me at ease. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and approachable, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout my visits. Best dentist I've ever had. The whole team are so friendly and accommodating and always trying to make things work for you. Treatments are done well and the quote I had for Invisalign was cheaper than another private local dentist. As a bonus, they see your young child (to 6 I believe...) for free.Have been so happy with this practice, really can't recommend enough.

I can't speak highly enough about the team at Absolute Dental. I am an extremely anxious patient who has in the past been told that no cosmetic dentistry options were suitable for me. Absolute Dental are working with me to overcome my anxiety, and to date have exceeded my expectations at every level. Moreover they have found a solution to all of the cosmetic issues that I have wished to address for many years where other practitioners have just turned away. Absolute Dental has provided my dental care for the last 18 years and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Ruth and Deiniol, their dental assistants and the hygienists - undoubtedly the best I have experienced in the UK and many years in the land of 'perfect teeth' in the USA.The practice is well organised and the welcoming receptionists are very efficient in the management of appointments, keeping you informed and adding gentle reminders when required. The treatment is extremely professional, delivered by a very personable team with a caring and reassuring manner. It is clearly apparent that they are at the top of their game and want to deliver the best for their patients.I recently went through the daunting dental implant process and was most impressed by Deiniol and Mel's intuitive team work and the encouraging care and support provided throughout the long process - any nervousness was quickly dispelled by their calm and obvious expertise. All options, procedures and costs were clearly explained and everything progressed smoothly through the different stages to a very successful conclusion.I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this extremely capable practice. I've moved numerous times in the past 40 years and so I've experienced quite a few dentist practices. But without a shadow of a doubt, Absolute Dental is by far, and I mean by far, the best I've ever had. For a start, on my first visit for a checkup with Dr Jeni Thomas, she spotted that I needed to be quickly referred to a consultant for possible mouth cancer - and it turned out that unfortunately it was cancer. But due to Jeni's expertise the cancer was caught early and thankfully early enough that it had not spread. It has been a difficult couple of months but I'm now free of cancer - as a direct result of Dr Jeni's referral - and I can't thank her enough. More recently I needed an emergency appointment and this time had fantastic treatment by Dr Deiniol Prowse Jones whose excellent work meant I no longer had excruciating toothache - and could enjoy Christmas! Both Jeni and Deiniol were so incredibly kind to me, so professional and knowledgeable and I'm very grateful. I've also found all the other members of the team very helpful and the whole atmosphere in the surgery (which in itself is super nice) is relaxing and very friendly. If you are looking for a superb dental practice, don't hesitate. This is the one!

It's a bit daunting opting for dental implants. Apart from the cost, the thought of sitting in the dentist's chair for many sessions was not pleasant, in fact a bit scary. I needn't have worried. Throughout the treatment I felt safe in the competent hands of Deiniol. Every stage was carefully explained both before and during treatment. There were no surprises.A big thank you to Deiniol and the dental nurses who were all so patient and kind.

After being dropped by my NHS Dentist (I had to find that out myself!) I bit the Bullet (excuse the pun) and signed up with Absolute Dental. I find their staff helpful and the advice I have received so far is excellent. I have seen the Dentist and Hygienist previously and today I had what is effectively my first couple of treatments (fillings) with them. It was a really positive experience! I felt reassured that these guys really know their stuff. It was particularly important that I felt comfortable as I do have a relevant health condition that could be an issue when ‘in the chair’. I’m back to the Hygienist tomorrow and no longer dread that visit to the Dentist.

I recently had two dental implants fitted. This was followed a fairly long progress, including a bone craft to my upper gum. Throughout the process the Absolute Dental team have been brilliant. Having given up waiting for a NHS dentist, I was looking for a private practice. From the first phone call to make my initial appointment and through the several follow up visits I have been really well looked after. Absolute has comfortable surroundings with a relaxed, professional, efficient and friendly atmosphere. I have felt confident and well informed with my treatment from Jeni and am currently on an implant journey with Deiniol. They have both been gentle and caring. The receptionists are always lovely too. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Was very surprised at how I was treated here, an excellent service. Very friendly, professional and thorough. Made me feel at ease as never like attending dentists. A totally different experience to the last two private dentists I've attended, infact no comparison. You could tell the staff enjoy what they do by their approach unlike many places. A far better service than i expected, the prices are also very good. Would highly recommend without doubt.

I went to Jeni wanting the perfect ‘wedding smile’ for my wedding this year, and she’s given me exactly that. I had Invisalign, whitening and some composite bonding and I could not be happier with the results. Jeni and the staff at absolute were amazing from start to finish. After being deregistered from NHS dentist in Kingsbridge, I was forced to go private to get my dental issues sorted. I have a massive phobia of the dentist after having several bad experiences. So I didn't go for quite a while.Absolute dental are amazing they have got rid of my phobia now and I feel completely at ease and fear free. They have an amazing team and talk you through everything. They make sure you're doing OK regularly when having any work done, like an extraction or just a general clean.Obviously all private practices are more expensive but it's worth it, as now I have no fear about having anything done as I know I'm in good hands. They are also very understanding regarding payments and do not rush you into paying and, if it's quite a big bill they try their best to accommodate you so you have options, so you don't have to have more stress.They will always try to fit you in for what's best and convenient for you, which really helps even when they are really busy.They are so friendly and check up on you after you've had any major treatments like an extraction etc.They also make sure you don't suffer during any treatment or after making it as comfortable as possible.I wouldn't go anywhere else as I feel 100% confident in the team and know I am in good hands. Highly recommend.They are interested in preventing you from having to keep going back and, ensuring that you know what you have to do to look after your teeth and gums. So no unnecessary treatment.

I have just had my third Dental appointment with Absolute Dental (which is amazing as until Nov 2016 I had a total phobia where Dentists were concerned.) I actually looked forward to going and even admit I enjoyed the appointment. My Hygienist was Christina who is a very caring person who puts you at ease straight away. When you have a person perform a procedure on you, you have to have trust in that person (it is the same with a hairdresser or Doctor as it is with a Dentist). I trust all the staff at Absolute Dental 100% they care about your teeth/gums and oral hygiene. Now I think about my teeth, I care about my teeth and never want to have to say ' I wish that I had looked after my teeth better'.Thank you Absolute Dental for giving me back my smile .
