Ruth has been a valued member of the Absolute Dental team for many years and takes great pride in caring for generations of loyal patients. With a wealth of experience in general dentistry, she is committed to providing high-quality, personalised care in a friendly and relaxed environment, helping patients maintain healthy smiles for life.

One of the things Ruth enjoys most about dentistry is seeing how the profession continues to evolve. She loves being able to offer patients the benefits of modern techniques and advancing technology, ensuring they receive the very best care available. Ruth also values being part of such a talented and supportive team, where colleagues with a wide range of skills and special interests work together to provide exceptional patient care.

Outside of the practice, Ruth enjoys leading an active and balanced lifestyle. Year-round sea swimming and regular yoga are among her favourite ways to unwind, and she has recently taken up weight training to build strength and stay fit. She also loves cooking for family and friends—particularly if there’s an opportunity to make one of her much-admired pavlovas. When it’s time to relax, you’ll often find her with a good book or enjoying a spot of knitting.

A fun fact about Ruth is that she once cycled all the way to the Norwegian Arctic Circle. Along the journey she tackled Sognefjellet, the highest mountain pass in Northern Europe, cycling through snowy conditions—an adventure that perfectly reflects her determination and love of a challenge.
