Luisa Hill

As our Lead Dental Nurse and Infection control lead, Luisa is passionate about delivering the highest standards of patient care while ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly organised and approachable, she takes great pride in supporting both patients and colleagues, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels confident and well cared for.

A natural team player, Luisa enjoys mentoring colleagues, coordinating the day-to-day running of the clinical team and helping to maintain the high standards the practice is known for. Her attention to detail and calm, supportive approach make her an invaluable member of the team.

She has a particular interest in infection prevention and control, decontamination and regulatory compliance, recognising the vital role these play in patient safety and the smooth operation of the practice. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards and ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with HTM 01-05 guidance.

Outside of work, Luisa, enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their three children and their much-loved cat. Whether it’s heading out for long walks or enjoying family days out, she loves making lasting memories with those closest to her.

An interesting fact about Luisa, is that at the age of 14 she spent a year living in Italy, where she attended an Italian-speaking school—an experience that gave her a unique cultural perspective and helped her become fluent in the language.
