Cancellation Fees
To avoid incurring cancellation fees, we kindly ask that all patients notify the practice at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. For Implantologist appointments, we require 48hours notice. Each appointment is tailored to suit the specific needs of our patients, so cancellation charges may vary based on the scheduled time. A fee of £1 for every ten minutes of booked time will apply if an appointment is cancelled outside of the required notice period.
