Cancellation Policy

e understand that sometimes, things don’t go according to plan. You might be running late for an appointment or, due to unexpected changes, unable to attend.

Cancellation Fees

To avoid incurring cancellation fees, we kindly ask that all patients notify the practice at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. For Implantologist appointments, we require  48hours notice. Each appointment is tailored to suit the specific needs of our patients, so cancellation charges may vary based on the scheduled time. A fee of £1 for every ten minutes of booked time will apply if an appointment is cancelled outside of the required notice period.

How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. This will allow us to adjust our schedule and potentially offer the time to another patient who may need it sooner.

If we’re closed,  please feel free to leave a voicemail and our friendly Front of House team will endeavour to call you back at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of a no-show or if you forget to attend, unfortunately, a charge will apply for the missed appointment.
